Yogareet began as one shelf in one kitchen in Yammouneh — a village 1,400 metres up in the Baalbeck district, snowed in for nearly half the year. What started as a way to make the harvest last through winter became a small, honest pantry business, still run by the same family, thirty-plus years on.
